Job Overview

As a Live Chat Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in our customer service team, responsible for managing multiple live chat conversations with prospective patients and providing timely, accurate, and professional responses to their inquiries. Your primary objective will be to connect our site visitors with our practice-based professionals, who will then work on booking them for in-person consultations. Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize our CRM tool to interact with prospective patients and schedule them for in-clinic or virtual consultations
  • Manage multiple chat-based conversations in real-time, providing timely and professional responses to customer inquiries
  • Follow our lead journey process as applicable, ensuring that all interactions are handled in a consistent and effective manner
  • Focus on quantity and quality, responding effectively to 100% of live chats and having meaningful conversations with prospective patients
  • Collaborate with Leadership as needed or directed to reach strategic sourcing and sales goals, and assist with PL efforts for other practice locations as needed
  • Provide accurate information to customers, including starting prices and other approved information, and qualify leads to ensure that they are a good fit for our services
  • Assist in any sales-related administrative tasks as needed or as assigned, and participate in ad hoc projects and tasks as required

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities. These include:

  • At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in inside sales and/or remote positions, with a proven track record of achieving defined targets and KPIs
  • Experience using a CRM tool, preferably Intercom or Salesforce, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • A typing speed of 60 words per minute, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple live chat conversations at any given time
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a positive attitude and self-motivation
  • Availability to work from 5pm-1am ET / 3pm-10pm PT (or timezones in between), with flexibility to work on weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) and participate in training sessions from 9am-5pm local time
