Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process deliveries, verifying items against orders and invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Pack or unpack a wide variety of items into or from cartons, boxes, or similar containers, ensuring careful handling and attention to detail.
• Inspect contents to ensure they are undamaged and report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors.
• Verify packages according to order and invoices (quantity, quality, price, etc.) and contact supervisors if mistakes are identified.
• Label deliveries and allocate them to their designated place, maintaining accurate records and ensuring invoices are signed and paid for satisfactory deliveries.
• Prepare packages for shipping, processing all company shipments with required paperwork, including shipping labels.
• Pick-up parcels from local stores and perform other duties as required.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Working knowledge of computer programs for entering data and basic math skills.
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and excellent organizational skills.
• Great communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Keen eye for detail and high school diploma required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
