Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support to U.S.-based customers through phone, chat, and email, responding to their requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with internal and external customers and business partners.
- Gather intelligence to prevent potential issues that may impact customer experience and delivery performance.
- Work variable hours to match customer demand, including day and late shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives, and contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum age: 18 years old.
- Have the right to work in Colombia.
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (both written and oral fluency), with an English level of 85% or above.
- Proficient computer skills, with the ability to effectively use a computer and software applications.
- Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 06 am to 11 pm.
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace within a dedicated office space with a desk and chair.
- A minimum of High-Speed Internet (10 MGB download / 3MBG upload or better broadband connection speed using a hard-wire Ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
