Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their queries.
  • Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and other related inquiries, ensuring that their travel plans are executed smoothly and efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information regarding blithequark policies, procedures, and services, ensuring that customers have a clear understanding of our offerings and procedures.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible and escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Adhere to company guidelines and procedures to maintain service quality and compliance standards, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is desirable, but not essential – we're committed to training and developing our team members.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
