About the position
Responsibilities
• Handle complex scheduling responsibilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Support the full social department with various tasks including opening social handles and processing contracts.
• Make travel arrangements and prepare itineraries.
• Prepare and manage expense reports.
• Coordinate meetings by preparing agendas, securing and planning space, and facilitating content development.
• Attend meetings, take notes, and track action items.
Requirements
• 1+ years of administrative experience in entertainment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Google Docs.
Nice-to-haves
• 2+ years of administrative experience in entertainment.
• Historical knowledge of, and passion for, media, film, and television.
• Experience with entertainment industry professionals.
