Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Representative for blithequark, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding reservations, flight status, baggage inquiries, and other general inquiries. You'll assist customers with booking, changing, or canceling flights as per their requirements, resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, and provide information about blithequark's services, policies, and procedures to customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle Inbound Customer Inquiries: Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding reservations, flight status, baggage inquiries, and other general inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with Flight Bookings and Changes: Assist customers with booking, changing, or canceling flights as per their requirements, and provide information about blithequark's services, policies, and procedures.
• Resolve Customer Complaints and Issues: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, aiming for first-call resolution and ensuring a seamless travel experience.
• Collaborate with Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient handling of customer requests and issues, and provide information about blithequark's services, policies, and procedures to customers.
• Maintain Customer Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, and ensure that all customer interactions are documented and tracked.
Essential Qualifications
• Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
• Customer Service Orientation: Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Multitasking and Prioritization: Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
• Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple applications simultaneously, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Previous Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required; however, a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences is essential.
