Join the Information Technology Team: MSI is seeking a qualified Information Technology (IT) professional to reinforce our continuous efforts to Modernize, support, and secure our own IT infrastructure. IT initiatives at MSI span and support our two divisions that a.) provide cutting edge construction management services and b.) deliver industry leading construction planning software via a SaaS model. This is an internal IT position NOT dedicated to supporting outside clients. Key Responsibilities: • Provide Tier I - Tier III support and administration • Manage Office 365 and Azure Active Directory • Utilize PowerShell to manage O365 and automate redundant tasks • Utilize Microsoft Purview/Compliance Manager to ensure ISO compliance • Configure and manage other services and applications to include MS Intune, Microsoft Defender, MS Endpoint Manager, Google Workspace • Configure, deploy, and support new and existing end-user computing systems to include Windows 10/11 PC’s and Apple MacBook systems • Configure and deploy Apple systems via Apple Business Manager • Research and recommend software and hardware resources needed to accomplish company objectives • Respond to phone and email support requests from both local and remote offices • Create and manage user accounts and groups in Office 365 / Azure AD • Support afterhours/on-call efforts like system updates and data transfers that must be accomplished after regular work hours as needed • Support companywide security certifications in ISO 27001 and CMMC 2.0 compliance • Install and support various enterprises and end-user applications such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Cloud, Oracle P6, etc. • Assist with and configure system backups and testing • Support developer remote access systems • Other duties as assigned • Periodic travel as needed – less than 10% Product Skills and Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in the following: • Azure Active Directory • MS Office 365 • MS Endpoint Manager/Intune/SCCM • Windows Systems Administration • Windows Server Environments and Active Directory • Macintosh/Windows PC Support and Management • along with 2+ years of experience creating technical design and process documents Job Capabilities & Competencies: • Proficient with Windows PowerShell/scripting • Proficient in managing/configuring Office 365 & Azure Active Directory • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and Virtualization Technology • Familiarity with ISO 27001 and CMMC 2.0 compliance requirements • Strong understanding of both Windows and Mac operating systems and hardware • Strong understanding of cloud computing and configuration • Ability to self-task and provide recommendations • Strong written and verbal skills Education: • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related is strongly desired • Security+ Certification is a plus Equal Opportunity Employer MOCA Systems, Inc.
