SALES COORDINATOR, TRAVEL RETAIL AMERICAS
About the position
Responsibilities
• Process orders from the Americas' teams and clients, coordinating with Benefit HQ for accurate processing and shipment.
• Collaborate with Area Managers and clients to ensure orders meet targets and include novelties, addressing any deviations.
• Centralize and review all TR Americas invoices, coding and serving as the first approver in Medius while ensuring proper approval chains and allocations.
• Open Capex project names with the US finance team and manage POs in Medius, ensuring timely coding and payment for contractors.
• Assist the Benefit controller with P&L accuracy reviews.
• Support Accounts Receivable with credit notes, cost center/client creation, and documentation for SOA requests, following up with clients as needed.
• Ensure timely requests for samples, TOAs, and collaterals from area managers to support sell-out strategies.
• Assist the sales team with tester ordering, kitting, and shipping.
Requirements
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Committed to understanding and addressing customer needs.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
