We focus on clinical quality, patient relationships, and steady professional growth.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the role</strong></p><p>We’re hiring a Physical Therapist for our <strong>Monroeville</strong> clinic with a primary focus on <strong>geriatrics</strong> and <strong>cardiopulmonary</strong> care and a typical outpatient <strong>orthopedic mix</strong>. You’ll also help support a <strong>secondary prevention & wellness / lifestyle medicine</strong> track.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Evaluate and treat older adults and cardiopulmonary patients; manage related orthopedic needs (gait, balance, strength, pain, post-op).</li><li>Build individualized, evidence-based plans of care (graded exercise, endurance training, pacing/breathing strategies, manual therapy as appropriate, education).</li><li>Contribute to prevention & wellness programming (falls risk reduction, activity coaching, HEP adherence, community resources).</li><li>Communicate with patients/families and referring providers; <strong>document clearly and on time</strong>.</li><li>Collaborate with other PTs and clinic staff; participate in case reviews/in-services.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li><strong>Required:</strong> Pennsylvania PT license (or eligibility).</li><li><strong>Preferred:</strong> Interest/experience in <strong>geriatrics</strong> and/or <strong>cardiopulmonary rehabilitation</strong>; comfortable in an outpatient setting with an outpatient <strong>orthopedic</strong> mix.</li><li>Strong communication, reliability, and team mindset. <strong>New grads</strong> with a geriatric/cardiopulmonary interest are welcome.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Compensation & benefits</p><ul><li><strong>Pay:</strong> Competitive, commensurate with experience and skills</li><li><strong>PTO:</strong> <strong>3+ weeks minimum</strong></li><li><strong>CEU support:</strong> Continuing education encouraged.
