The Driving Instructor Role

As a Driving Instructor with The Elite Job, you'll play a crucial role in training and mentoring individuals of all ages to become confident and responsible drivers. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive and engaging driving lessons for students, covering both theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
• Create a supportive and encouraging learning environment that enables students to overcome challenges and build their driving confidence.
• Adapt teaching methods to suit the unique learning styles and needs of each student.
• Provide constructive feedback to students, highlighting areas for improvement and celebrating successes.
• Monitor and assess student progress, identifying areas that require additional focus and practice.
• Demonstrate and promote safe driving behaviors, following all traffic laws and regulations.
• Keep accurate records of student performance and lesson plans.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed as a Driving Instructor with The Elite Job, you'll need:

• Proven experience as a driving instructor, with a strong record of successfully training new drivers.
• Excellent understanding of road safety regulations and traffic laws.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey instructions and guidance.
• Patience and adaptability to work with students from diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
• Strong observational skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback in a positive manner.
• A valid Kenyan Driver's License and clean driving record.

While not mandatory, certification as a Driving Instructor is highly preferred. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about teaching, road safety, and making a difference in the community.
