Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analyze the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
 - Develop and execute tactical sales plans with short- and long-range objectives for assigned account sales, driving revenue and market share expansion.
 - Collaborate with Marketing to introduce new products and programs, increasing brand awareness and market share.
 - Act as the primary corporate contact for Lowes.com, managing relationships, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for growth.
 - Work with clients to develop sales and promotional opportunities, generating revenue and driving business expansion.
 - Develop and provide product knowledge training to all levels of management and sales agents, ensuring a deep understanding of Generac's products and services.
 - Manage information to key internal personnel from customer systems, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
 - Create and present channel-specific programs and promotions to key accounts and decision-makers, driving sales and revenue growth.
 - Manage projects to improve new sales opportunities or expand upon current accounts, driving business growth and expansion.
 - Strengthen account relationships to grow sales of existing and new products, driving revenue and market share expansion.
 - Communicate routinely with National Account Manager, ensuring alignment and coordination.
 - Facilitate routine communications between the account and supporting dealer network for installations and aftermarket services, ensuring seamless execution.
 
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
 - 4+ years' retail account experience in sales or marketing, with a proven track record of driving growth and revenue.
 - The ability to travel up to 20%.
 
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- 2+ years' experience managing Lowes.com or similar eCommerce platforms.
