About the Role & Team
Reporting directly to the VP of Partnerships, the Ecosystem Partnerships Lead will be instrumental in scaling Amplitude's partnerships and maximizing their impact on the business. This role involves cultivating deep, strategic relationships with key partners, identifying new opportunities for collaboration, and driving co-innovation to deliver enhanced value to customers and partners alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Strategy and Monetization of Partnerships: Develop and execute strategies from managed partners, identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and ensure alignment with Amplitude's goals.
- Build and Strengthen Relationships: Establish and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior leaders across Amplitude and partner teams, aligning teams around a shared vision and priorities.
- Drive Co-Innovation: Collaborate with partners to drive co-innovation, taking ideas from concept to launch, and bringing together cross-functional teams to develop and execute new solutions that benefit shared customers.
- Orchestrate Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day activities and special projects related to partnership development, ensuring that all aspects of the partnership are running smoothly and delivering on their objectives.

Essential Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in partnerships or ecosystem roles, with a track record of driving successful collaborations at scale.
- Built Repeatable Pipeline: Proven ability to translate good ideas into customer opportunities from joint partner efforts and activate sales teams to qualify and drive these opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Exceptional people skills with the ability to influence and inspire both internal and external stakeholders from leadership to the field.
- Innovation Mindset: A passion for co-innovation and a track record of bringing new ideas to life through collaboration with partners.

- Familiarity with Modern Growth Stack: A solid understanding of Amplitude's products and the broader ecosystem in which it operates.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
Amplitude offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $165,000 - $275,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission), depending on location. The company also provides a range of benefits, including:
