Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Enterprise Applications Strategy: Define the strategy for enterprise applications, including Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ERP, and Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Lead Roadmaps and Implementation: Develop and execute roadmaps for all development and implementation work, ensuring predictable delivery, high quality, and expected value.
- Guide Architecture and Delivery: Collaborate with peer leaders to guide the architecture and delivery of components needed by enterprise applications to contribute to the company's platform.
- Drive Integrations and Acquisitions: Provide applications and systems integration strategies for all acquisitions, including due diligence assessments, pre-merger plans, and long-term integration plans.
- Lead and Develop High-Performing Teams: Organize the Enterprise Applications structure and teams, ensuring development plans are in place and support is available for everyone to achieve personal and professional goals.
- Foster a Culture of Innovation and Excellence: Instill a mindset of accountability, continuous improvement, transparency, collaboration, and agility in the Enterprise Applications organization.
- Build Strong Business Relationships: Develop systems and process improvement strategies in partnership with business functions, functioning as the primary liaison between Tech and the business.
Essential Qualifications
- 15+ Years of Comprehensive IT Experience: Proven track record of information technology and software development experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
- 5+ Years at Senior Director or VP Level: Experience in a multi-function/multi-technology IT organization conducting significant software development and implementing COTS application packages.
- Strong Business Acumen: Understanding of business functions and operations, particularly sales, marketing, finance, talent management, and HRIS.
- Technical Expertise: Experience with Salesforce, MS Dynamics CE, or another major CRM platform, as well as ERP systems like SAP, Oracle Fusion, and MS Dynamics F&O, and HCM systems such as UltiPro, UKG Dimensions, Workday, and Ceridian.
- Leadership and Management Skills: Proven ability to hire, develop, and lead high-performing teams, with demonstrable change management experience.
- Strategic Thinking and Collaboration: Ability to think strategically, communicate effectively, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications
- Staffing Industry Experience: Knowledge of staffing platforms such as Bullhorn and TargetRecruit, as well as familiarity with healthcare in clinical settings.
- Experience with Cloud-Based Technologies: Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and SaaS applications.
