We're seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Administrative Assistant to support our Editor-in-Chief for 16 full weeks. As a remote team member, you'll be an integral part of our visually-driven publication, dedicated to publishing exclusive interviews with renowned contemporary art photographers and musicians.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to our Editor-in-Chief, managing their calendar, and coordinating tasks
- Handle incoming documents, sorting, and distributing them to relevant team members
- Collaborate with authors, photographers, cartoonists, and marketing professionals as part of a dynamic team
- Develop excellent communication and writing skills, interacting with professionals via email or phone
- Troubleshoot to improve company performance, demonstrating problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
- Acquire college credit and gain valuable experience in the creative industry
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 3 days a week availability, preferably 24 hours weekly, for at least 4 months
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills
- Outstanding communication, grammar, and writing abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to travel (if required)
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, the following skills and experience will be highly regarded:
- Knowledge or experience in Photography and/or Fine Arts
- Previous administrative or project coordination experience
- Familiarity with the creative industry and its dynamics
