Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively via phone with diverse individuals, including insurance companies and clients, to negotiate and recover outstanding balances.
- Make a significant number of outbound calls daily (75+), utilizing software to update account information and facilitate communication.
- Lead conversations to achieve the highest possible recoveries for our clients, demonstrating strong negotiation skills.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate on accounts, ensuring seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of account interactions, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Meet or exceed collector target metrics, demonstrating a commitment to performance excellence.

- Ability to work a hybrid schedule, dividing time between working from home and in-office days.
