About the Role

As an Account Supervisor at blithequark, you'll be responsible for developing and executing business strategies that drive growth, enhance seller experiences, and promote operational efficiency. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, sellers, and other teams to identify opportunities, address challenges, and deliver results-driven solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills, who can thrive in an ambiguous and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Growth:
    • Develop and deliver strategic plans to drive business growth and enhance seller experiences.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics that drive growth and improve customer experiences.
    • Manage and deliver against complex goals, making trade-offs between short-term and long-term objectives.
    • Identify new opportunities across a large portfolio of sellers, developing and executing mission plans to drive growth.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Build and cultivate strong relationships with sellers and internal stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and business advocate.
    • Monitor seller satisfaction survey results, investigating trends and developing improvement plans.
  • Process Excellence:
    • Utilize customer feedback, market growth trends, and key metrics to inform strategic development and drive growth.
    • Identify areas of unnecessary complexity or inefficiency, simplifying processes and driving upgrades that benefit a large customer base.
    • Develop mechanisms to create accountability and drive results.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in client or seller-facing roles, with a focus on relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and best practices to evaluate performance drivers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external marketing campaign metrics to evaluate performance drivers and identify insights.
  • Demonstrated track record of building and cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders, driving resolutions collaboratively and ensuring follow-through.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and drive results.
