You'll be responsible for driving growth by engaging hospital clients across the United States, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new hospital clients through outbound calls, emails, and networking within the hospital sector.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hospital executives and department heads to understand their needs and position our offerings.
  • Conduct consultative outreach to understand client needs and present tailored solutions that drive value and results.
  • Manage a sales pipeline, track progress, and meet lead generation targets under the guidance of a Regional Manager.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the curve.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong foundation in sales, marketing, or a related field, as well as a passion for building relationships and driving growth. While prior experience in healthcare sales is not required, it's highly desirable. We're looking for individuals who are charismatic, personable, and driven to succeed, with a competitive desire to exceed sales targets.
