Key Responsibilities
As a Provider Customer Service Call and Chat Representative at blithequark, you'll be the primary point of contact for healthcare providers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues via phone and chat. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Advocating for providers by demonstrating accountability and ownership to resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Providing exceptional support to healthcare professionals, addressing their inquiries, and resolving complex prior authorization and claim issues.
- Collaborating with internal partners to ensure timely communication and resolution of issues, enhancing provider satisfaction.
- Navigating multiple systems efficiently to extract necessary information for issue resolution, utilizing your problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
- Maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy, with a typing speed of at least 35-40 WPM and 90% accuracy.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in customer service and communication.
- A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, with proven problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in computer and Windows PC applications, with a willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week during designated business hours, including potential overtime, to meet the needs of our healthcare providers.
Preferred Qualifications
To stand out as a candidate, you'll ideally have:
- Experience in a call center or customer service environment, utilizing phones and computers to resolve customer inquiries.
- Prior healthcare experience and familiarity with healthcare terminology, enabling you to navigate complex issues and provide informed support.
