About the Role: Partner Plan Administrator

As a Partner Plan Administrator at blithequark, you'll be at the forefront of developing and implementing experience design strategies that drive business results and create lasting connections with our customers. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their DNA and business requirements to create tailored experience design pitches.

• Lead cross-functional creative discussions, leveraging design thinking to unlock new approaches to brand development.
• Collaborate with brand teams to define and implement experiential brand language through various materials, finishes, colors, and more.

• Demonstrate expertise in visual design elements, including typography, iconography, and layout techniques.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A four-year degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.
