Team Overview and Key Responsibilities

As a Learning Systems Expert Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the SumTotal Learning Management System, collaborating with clients, the technology support group, and the vendor to design and prioritize work within the system. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Researching and developing new system functionality to inform recommendations.
  • Managing Release Management for triannual updates to the Learning Management System.
  • Creating and updating documentation for both internal and external audiences.
  • Performing system administration tasks within the Learning Management System.
  • Researching and gathering data from various sources.
  • Recording, analyzing, and reporting required information and data.
  • Completing other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Leadership.
