As a key member of our customer care team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our members and providers receive exceptional service and support.

About the Role

As a Bilingual Customer Care Representative - Outbound Contacts Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for performing necessary follow-up with members and/or providers to ensure timely responses to their inquiries. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing multiple systems and platforms to resolve issues and address concerns. Your excellent communication skills, both in English and Spanish, will enable you to provide top-notch service to our diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform outbound contacts with members and/or providers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information.
  • Ensure responses to member and/or provider inquiries are completed on a timely basis to achieve service and quality standards.
  • Work within established policies, practices, and guidelines to resolve customer concerns and issues.
  • Utilize multiple shared systems, platforms, and Microsoft Office applications to troubleshoot and resolve general technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and update systems with relevant information.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment with high call volumes and multiple priorities.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service-related experience, preferably in a call center environment with heavy call volume, auto-dialer, or dedicated inbound/outbound customer service or support role.
  • Bilingual - English and Spanish. You must be able to speak, read, and write in both languages without limitations or assistance. You'll be required to take a language proficiency assessment to ensure your competency.
  • Intermediate to Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to utilize multiple shared systems and platforms.
  • Strong typing and computer navigation skills, with the capacity to use multiple computer applications simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting, which will be considered an asset.
