Overview of the ESG Associate Intern Role

We're seeking highly motivated and diverse ESG Associate Interns to join our intern program. This is a paid full-time remote position with the potential to transition into a full-time role upon graduation. As an ESG Associate Intern, you'll work under the supervision of Project Managers and Team Leaders, partnering with engineers, scientists, and technologists to drive success.

Key Responsibilities

• Support various project tasks, including regulatory requirements/review estimates, research, procurement support, and more.
• Perform data entry, data management, data evaluation, and data presentation to help drive project decisions.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, plans, and specifications for clients, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Participate in field assignments as needed, gaining hands-on experience and insight into project execution.
• Receive support and guidance from leaders, mentors, and teammates, ensuring a valuable learning experience.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as necessary, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Pursue a Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Environmental Sciences or a related field.
• Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and information.
• Demonstrate solid technical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications can give you a competitive edge:

• Experience with engineering software applications such as AutoCad, MathCad, ESRI, HydroCad, WaterCad, ARCView GIS, etc.
