Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Customer Care
- Respond to a variety of incoming calls from members regarding their healthcare questions and other inquiries, providing guidance and support in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
 - Build rapport with callers, verify and collect demographics, and update systems as necessary to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
 - Determine and execute the best resolution to assist members based on their needs or requests, connecting them to appropriate internal and external resources as needed.
 - Manage tasks with timely follow-up per policies, involving interaction with members, providers, insurance carriers, and other vendors to resolve issues and address concerns.
 - Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
 
Essential and Preferred Qualifications: The Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:
- A High School Degree or GED; an Associate's degree in business administration, liberal arts, public health, healthcare management, or a related field is preferred.
 - Customer Service experience, preferably in a healthcare or related industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and resolving issues.
 - Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
 - Problem-solving and issue resolution skills, with the ability to analyze situations, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions.
