Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of excellent communication skills, technical aptitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. While an Associate's degree or above is preferred, it is not mandatory. We are looking for candidates with 1-2 years of experience in customer service, although this is also not a strict requirement.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
• Good problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities, with exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to resolving issues

Work Environment and Culture

At blithequark, we are committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters collaboration, creativity, and growth. As a remote-friendly company, we offer the flexibility to work from home or from one of our offices in San Diego, CA. Our operating hours are 5am-9pm PST, including weekends, and you will need to be available to work full-time, 40 hours per week.
