About the Role
As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service and product expertise to our customers. Your primary objective will be to deliver accurate and efficient support, educate customers on our product, and resolve emerging issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our customers to maintain and grow existing relationships, identify opportunities for product improvement, and contribute to reducing churn. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you will be the face of blithequark, ensuring that every interaction with our customers is positive, informative, and supportive.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to support inquiries through our support ticket system, including written and camera-on video replies, as well as phone calls
- Maintain and update our knowledge base to ensure that customers have access to the most accurate and up-to-date information
- Create short product videos to teach best practices and enhance customer understanding of our product
- Identify gaps in our product that impact customer success and work with our Product and Development teams to resolve issues
- Proactively identify opportunities for customer training and develop strategies to enhance the overall customer experience
- Complete quarterly projects that focus on enhancing customer experience and align with your areas of interest
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a Customer Support or Technical Support role for a software product, with SaaS support experience being a plus
- Proven experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Experience working closely with other functions, such as Development, Marketing, Success, and Product
- Familiarity with support platforms like Zendesk, Help Scout, Intercom, or similar tools
