About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard new customers to our service through our structured onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition and setting them up for success.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via various channels, including Zoom, phone, email, and online chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to their questions and concerns.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, by clarifying the problem, determining the root cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Direct complex requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain and update our knowledge base and customer support documents, ensuring that information is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to our customers.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a passion for working with people and building strong relationships.
  • Outstanding communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
