Job Summary

The Group Sales Supervisor will be responsible for actively prospecting and securing group visits while coordinating the daily operations of group sales initiatives. This position involves creating and implementing the Business Development Strategy and serving as the primary contact for new sales accounts. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of driving sustained group attendance that meets established annual revenue and attendance goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue strategic opportunities for capturing admission volume from various markets, including developing and implementing a proactive Business Development Plan to encourage group visitation.
  • Create and implement marketing messaging for groups, including collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Train Ambassadors and Reservationists to ensure high-quality group interactions, providing coaching and feedback to improve performance.
  • Research trends and best practices to improve group sales processes, making recommendations for process improvements and implementing changes as needed.
  • Partner with sales teams at Atlanta attractions to drive group attendance growth, building relationships with key stakeholders and identifying opportunities for collaboration.
  • Update online lesson plan offerings in line with responsible marketing policies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Coordinate and process all phases of reservations and ticket sales, including managing group bookings and ticketing.
  • Maintain confidentiality and practice PCI compliant procedures, ensuring the security and integrity of sensitive information.
  • Represent World of Coca-Cola at trade shows and conferences, promoting our brand and services to potential clients.
  • Participate in planning and executing employee events and activations, contributing to a positive and engaging work environment.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of outbound sales experience, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with experience in creating marketing messaging and presenting to groups.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, with strong interpersonal communication skills and active listening.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in sales management software or systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Gateway Ticketing System.
  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles, with experience in developing and implementing business development strategies.
  • Ability to travel overnight and work in a hybrid environment.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Salary range of $71,300 - $84,000.
  • Hybrid work environment, with a minimum of 3 days in the office and/or business travel.
