Job Summary
We are looking for a Hazardous Drug Delivery Sales Specialist to join our team in the United States. As a Remote Full-Time employee, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in Closed System Transfer Devices, specifically OnGuard and other assigned products. You will work closely with our Hospital Care sales specialties to qualify new leads and advance the sales process. Your expertise in oncology nursing, pharmacy tech, or pharmacist, and oncology sales experience will be highly valued in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently drive sales numbers in Closed System Transfer Devices to meet corporate growth objectives
 - Maintain and grow current sales of OnGuard and assigned Closed System Transfer Devices
 - Call on decision-makers, including Pharmacists, Hospital Administrators, Materials Managers, Nurses, and other key stakeholders
 - Motivate and coach B. Braun sales representatives on positioning B. Braun Closed System Transfer Devices
 - Collaborate with Hospital Care sales specialties to qualify new leads and advance the sales process
 - Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor
 
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
 - 4-6 years of related experience in sales, preferably in oncology or pharmacy
 - Frequent overnight business travel (domestic) required
 - Valid driver's license and current automobile registration and insurance
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oncology nursing, pharmacy tech, or pharmacist experience
 - Oncology sales experience
 - Strong knowledge of Closed System Transfer Devices and oncology products
