Job Summary
As a Health Concierge Operations Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our members, providing personalized support, guidance, and education on our health benefits and resources. You will work closely with our members to understand their unique needs, address their concerns, and develop trusting relationships. Your exceptional communication skills, organizational abilities, and passion for healthcare will enable you to deliver outstanding patient experiences and drive success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Member Engagement: Interact with members via phone, email, or chat to understand their needs, provide direction for care, and offer support.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain trusting, caring relationships with members, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Education and Resources: Educate members on available health benefits, resources, and services, promoting their overall well-being.
- Documentation and Tracking: Accurately document and track member interactions, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve member issues and concerns with minimal management intervention, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment, driving the best possible customer experience.
- Call Center Staff Development: Coach and assist call center staff in their professional growth and development, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Customer Service Experience: 1+ year of experience in a transaction-based customer service environment.
- Microsoft Office Suite: 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Technical Skills: Experience working with multiple screens and applications, demonstrating adaptability and technical proficiency.
- Organizational Skills: Effective organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and meet productivity standards.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
