Job Summary
As a Healthcare Call Center Associate, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to patients, healthcare professionals, and clients. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and faxes, providing exceptional customer service and support to patients, healthcare professionals, and clients
- Process transactions, resolve issues, and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to prioritize and manage a high volume of calls and cases
- Partner with sales, marketing, and other operational departments to provide comprehensive solutions and support
- Contribute to the growth of a strong customer base by engaging in positive interactions and building strong relationships
- Manage 30-100 interactions per day, including inbound and outbound calls, emails, and faxes
- Use time management and critical thinking to prioritize case load and resolve issues
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience required (hospitality, retail, and pharmaceutical experience strongly encouraged)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Active listening skills and ability to empathize with patients and healthcare professionals
- Proficient with MS Office and ability to navigate multiple platforms
- Dedicated, private home workspace free of distractions and interruptions
- Established home internet connectivity with a minimum download speed of 25 mbps and upload speed of 15 mbps
Preferred Qualifications:
- Call center experience preferred but not required
- Experience working in a healthcare or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
