Remote, USA Full-time Posted 2025-11-03

Join the Movement to Revolutionize Mental Healthcare

At Workwarp, we're on a mission to shatter the stigma surrounding mental health and provide quality care that's both evidence-based and compassionate. We believe that mental health is just as important as physical health, and we're dedicated to treating the whole person, not just the symptoms. As a leader in the mental healthcare industry, we're seeking a talented and driven Healthcare Partnerships Manager to join our team and help us make a positive impact on the lives of those struggling with mental health issues.

About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned Healthcare Partnerships Manager who thrives in ambiguity and draws energy from building relationships and repeatable processes. As a key member of our team, you'll create, test, and scale playbooks that help us align partner goals with outcomes that drive business growth for Rula. Your role will be crucial in expanding our footprint and ensuring we succeed in our mission to make mental healthcare work for everyone.

The mental health landscape is complex, with 1 in 5 people suffering from a mental health issue, and fewer than 50% of people getting help. We're looking for professionals with a track record of overachievement in outbound healthcare sales or business development who are committed to solving this problem with us and hungry to face the hardships of a 0 to 1 environment. As a Healthcare Partnerships Manager, you'll join a fast-growing business at the ground level, with unparalleled possibilities to make an impact on issues that matter in the world while improving your entrepreneurial skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, payers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and expand our footprint in the mental healthcare industry
  • Create, test, and scale playbooks that align partner goals with outcomes that drive business growth for Rula
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry, including providers, payers, and executives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales and business development efforts
  • Manage and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive business growth and improve customer outcomes
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the mental healthcare industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and improve business outcomes

Essential Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience carrying a quota in outbound sales, account management, or business development serving the healthcare industry, with a track record of top 25% performance
  • 3+ years of experience self-sourcing at least 50% of deals through outbound channels, including cold calling
  • Experience selling a clinical solution that requires an ongoing relationship with the customer, directly to providers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience selling to a variety of buyers in healthcare or health systems, from individual contributor users to executive decision-makers; and from companies with low tech adoption to companies with high tech adoption
  • Experience managing customer relationships and deals in a CRM tool

Preferred Qualifications

While having the preferred qualifications enhances your candidacy, having all of them is not mandatory. We encourage all interested applicants to apply, even those who may not meet every preferred requirement.

  • Proficiency applying curiosity and experimentation to solve ambiguous problems
  • Experience taking a business from 0 to 1
  • Ability to build and scale repeatable processes for driving growth
  • Experience in both pre-sale and post-sale functions
  • Experience selling at a startup
