Key Responsibilities
- Learn specific client loyalty program guidelines to provide accurate and helpful support.
- Respond to incoming inquiries across various media channels, including phone, email, and chat, with a positive, professional, customer-centric attitude.
- Act with integrity at all times, communicating clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- De-escalate issues as necessary through effective communication and problem-solving skills, taking ownership of customer inquiries and working toward resolutions.
- Utilize internal systems and resources efficiently, adhering to schedules and company policies and procedures, and escalating issues or concerns that cannot be resolved through normal efforts.
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to attend a 7-week Training Program (remotely) with 100% attendance.
- Basic computer knowledge with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- 1+ year of customer service experience (or equivalent experience), with a strong customer service orientation and collaborative nature.
- Good problem-solving ability, high level of accuracy, and attention to detail, with a "whatever it takes" attitude to care for customers.
- Ability to be flexible regarding changes in work processes and environment, with strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
- Flexibility with scheduling, including weekends, and a strong home WiFi connection, with a quiet home office environment.
