Job Summary
We're looking for experienced mental health professionals, including PMHNPs, LPCs, LCSWs, LMFTs, LMHCs, Clinical Psychologists, MDs, and DOs, to provide teletherapy services to clients remotely. As a remote therapist with Workwarp, you'll enjoy flexible scheduling, the opportunity to work from anywhere, and the satisfaction of making a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Build Relationships and Trust: Establish a positive and trusting relationship with patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and supported throughout the therapy process.
- Assess and Treat: Assess and treat individuals with mental health disorders, developing customized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs and circumstances.
- Counseling and Treatment Plans: Regularly meet with patients to provide counseling, develop treatment plans, and make client referrals as necessary.
- Progress Evaluation and Monitoring: Continuously evaluate and monitor patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Collaboration and Referrals: Collaborate and advise family members when appropriate, and refer patients to external specialists or agencies if required.
- Contribute to the Practice: Contribute to the practice by completing related tasks as needed, helping to ensure the smooth operation of our services.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
Education and Licensing
- A master's or doctorate in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
- Current state licensing in LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, Clinical Psychologist, PMHNP, MD, or DO.

What We Offer
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $350,000 per year, depending on licensure and experience. Our compensation package is designed to recognize and reward your expertise and dedication.
