Position Overview

As a Home-Based Customer Service Representative and Data Entry Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our database, contributing to the overall success of our travel services. You will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining client information, travel bookings, and other essential data, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Data Entry: Accurately enter and update client information, travel bookings, expenses, and other relevant data into databases and spreadsheets, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
