Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with customers to understand their banking needs and connecting them with account services that meet their goals.
  • Performing a variety of receptionist, secretarial, and clerical duties, including handling day-to-day transactions, customer communications, business correspondence, and client relations.
  • Helping customers open checking and savings accounts, and maintaining existing accounts.
  • Resolving customer disputes and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Referring customers to loan officers or other financial specialists as needed.
  • Recording transactions, counting and packaging currency, and reconciling cash drawers.
  • Promoting Blithequark's products and services to customers and encouraging them to take advantage of our offerings.
  • Communicating effectively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Managing Safe Deposit Boxes, including opening, closing, billing, and allowing customers access.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you should possess:

Work Schedule and Benefits

As a full-time Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you can expect:

  • Monday - Friday: 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Occasional Saturday mornings: 8:45 AM - 11:30 AM
  • Competitive hourly rate: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
