Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Associate at Blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Interactions: Interact with customers in a polite and professional manner via various communication channels, including incoming and outgoing phone calls, email, chat (text and video), face-to-face communication, and other channels as assigned.
  • Order Process Support: Support all components of the order process, including order entry, return process, and customer inquiries, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze information received from customers and exercise independent problem-solving skills to deliver successful resolutions and exceed customer expectations.
  • Product Knowledge: Continually obtain and retain product knowledge to support customer needs, staying up-to-date on our offerings and services.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Support Associate at Blithequark, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Experience: Previous customer-facing experience is preferred but not required; we're open to training the right candidate.
