Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: 1+ year of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in customer service or a related field.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Time Management Skills: Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
