Role Summary

As a Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be at the forefront of providing critical support and services to families and children. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting families and children in sustaining their achievements independently and promoting self-sufficiency.

Key Responsibilities

To excel in this role, you will need to:

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of the needs of families and children and provide tailored support and services.
• Effectively communicate with families, children, and community resources to advocate and facilitate connections.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of support provided and progress made.
• Stay informed about community resources and services to ensure the most effective support and referrals.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a candidate who:

• Possesses a bachelor's degree in human services or a related field.
• Holds a valid driver's license.

• Can effectively advocate for and assist families and children in finding and maintaining community resources.

Preferred Qualifications
