Key Responsibilities:
- Telephone Support: Provide professional, caring, and responsive support to customers via telephone. Ensure that customer questions are answered completely, and open issues are resolved in a timely manner. Log all contacts, including information and resolution achieved, in our ticketing system.
 - Email & Chat Support: Respond to assigned messages or contacts via email and chat. Ensure that all customer questions and issues are addressed in a timely and professional manner. Properly enter customer information and resolution in our ticketing system.
 - Skill Improvement: Continuously strive to improve your cognitive and customer service skills. Develop proficiency with supported products, demonstrate problem-solving ability, and exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attend all training classes and complete assigned exercises.
 - Communication: Provide feedback on support issues, resolutions, or suggestions to your immediate supervisor or department manager. Communicate trends, issues, and appropriate solutions to supervisors and management.
 - Support Coworkers: Offer procedural advice and assistance to other representatives. Help maintain and ensure positive working relationships with support clients.
 - Adherence to Policies and Procedures: Provide all support functions within the guidelines of our contact center and client policies and procedures. Maintain departmental productivity standards while exhibiting accuracy in our ticketing system.
 
Essential Qualifications:
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
 
Skills:
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, employees, superiors, and business contacts in a professional and courteous manner.
 - Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills: Strong listening skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively via telephone, email, and chat.
 - Intermediate to Advanced Computer Skills: Emphasis on Internet knowledge, with the ability to navigate and utilize various software applications.
 - Aptitude for Providing Superior Customer Care: A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
 - Dependability, Adaptability, and Flexibility: Demonstrate a strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations.
 - Basic Math Skills: Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
 - Creative Thinking and Reasoning Ability: Exhibit creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and reason effectively.
