Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner: Listen to customer concerns, empathize with their needs, and resolve issues in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Assist customers with luggage and other travel-related needs: Provide support and guidance to customers with luggage, travel documents, and other related needs.
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operations: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that our services run smoothly and efficiently, and that customers receive the support they need.
  • Maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times: Demonstrate a customer-centric approach, providing a positive and welcoming experience for all customers.
