Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, chat, and social media, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:

 - Proficient in basic computer skills, with experience using software applications, tracking and recording call information, and updating customer profiles/accounts.

 - Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision, and maintain a high level of productivity and customer satisfaction.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- Social media experience and familiarity with various digital platforms.
 - Previous experience working in a virtual or remote call center environment.
 - Certifications or training in customer service, sales, or a related field.
