Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences, resolving customer inquiries and concerns, and building sustainable relationships with our customers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, chat, and social media, providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Assess customers' needs and provide personalized support to resolve their questions and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Utilize your excellent communication skills to empathize with customers, build trust, and create a positive experience.
  • Follow established customer service procedures, best practices, and policies to ensure consistency and quality in all customer interactions.
  • Manage multiple customer contacts simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide informed support and guidance to customers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and management to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback to continuously improve customer service operations.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school degree or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, or a related field (a minimum of 5 years).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a virtual environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple customer contacts simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Social media experience and familiarity with various digital platforms.
  • Experience working in a virtual or remote call center environment.
  • Knowledge of emergency preparedness and response solutions (or a willingness to learn).
