Key Responsibilities:

  • Navigate online systems to verify nurse credentials, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Communicate with nurses via written messages to confirm credential validity for specific healthcare facilities
  • Handle follow-up phone calls with nurses and facilities, providing updates on shift pickups and credentialing
  • Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Multitask across multiple chat channels, responding to inquiries and resolving issues
  • Adhere to communication scripts and protocols when handling various topics and scenarios
  • Identify customer needs, research, and provide solutions or alternatives
  • Perform data entry and customer service tasks with accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1 year of customer service or customer support experience
  • 1 year of previous call center or office background experience
  • Technical savvy, with proficiency in navigating online systems and software applications
  • Quick learner, able to work independently and adapt to new situations
  • Type 35 words per minute accurately, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with active listening and empathy
  • A background check, as applicable with state and federal laws, is required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous remote work experience, with a proven track record of productivity and self-motivation
  • Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field
  • Certifications or training in customer service, communication, or a related field
