Position Overview

We are hiring an Inbound Call Center Customer Care Associate to support our e-commerce brands. This is a remote role, with occasional in-office meetings. As a Customer Care Associate, you will work in a collaborative, yet autonomous environment, delivering exceptional and efficient support for customer inquiries across various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver exceptional and efficient support for customer inquiries across various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Guide customers through product selection, purchases, order status, tracking details, and returns, ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
  • Address and resolve fulfillment issues promptly and effectively.
  • Accurately document cases and utilize internal tools to ensure seamless communication, effective follow-up, and keeping customer information up to date.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives who possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, efficient multitasking abilities with accuracy, and technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and software.

  • Experience: At least 1 year in an inbound call center role, ideally within e-commerce.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, efficient multitasking with accuracy, and technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and software.
  • Independence: Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing time effectively while handling multiple customer inquiries.
  • Performance-Driven: Motivated by performance metrics, consistently meeting or exceeding targets in response time, customer sentiment, and resolution rates.
  • Problem-Solving: Quick and effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Attitude: Positive, solution-focused approach with a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Requirements: Minimum high school diploma and ability to type at least 40 wpm.
