You'll work closely with Marketing to develop targeted strategies that drive engagement and conversion, leveraging your expertise in data analysis, marketing operations, and process improvement. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Manager- Customer Marketing Consultants Team Lead, your key responsibilities will include:
* Consulting with Marketing on targeting and eligibility for benefit reinforcement and spend campaigns, including research on new data elements, reviewing segmentation in mail plans, and meeting with risk and analytic partners
* Reviewing all list request submissions for accuracy, finalizing with Marketing, and providing clear instructions to list execution team members to code and create files for delivery
* Providing subject matter expertise to the platform transformation team and participating in testing and campaign migration to new platforms
* Troubleshooting and researching data anomalies or customer complaints
* Identifying process efficiencies and opportunities to simplify or reduce the number of list requests from Marketing to free up capacity
**Preferred Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Strategic and logical thinking
* Understanding of marketing operations
* Experience working with data and marketing platforms like Unica or Redpoint
* Ability to be highly organized and meet deadlines
* A "can-do" attitude and creative problem-solving skills
* Strong relationship and communication skills with consulting expertise
* Process improvement mindset
* Big data platform/programming skills (Hive, PySpark SQL, etc.) a plus
**Compensation and Benefits**
As a Manager- Customer Marketing Consultants Team Lead at blithequark, you can expect a competitive salary range of $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually, plus bonus and benefits. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
