**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the initial point of contact for customers, guiding them through questions and concerns about our products, systems, and processes. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional technical support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving conflicts in a professional and empathetic manner. You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution of customer issues, acting as a bridge between the customer and our organization.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide top-notch technical support for customers via email, chat, and phone, troubleshooting issues with our website, app, and in-car software
* Work with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, systems, and processes to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
* Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs, empathize with their concerns, and provide solutions that meet their expectations
* Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and innovative solutions to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and product updates to provide expert advice and support to customers
* Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling high-volume inbound calls, and managing multiple applications simultaneously
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* At least 18 years old
* Ability to pass a criminal background check
* Strong computer knowledge, including typing skills (at least 30 wpm)
* Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
* High level of expertise with spelling, grammar, and punctuation
* Courteous and friendly demeanor with high level of professionalism
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
* Ability to work independently with discipline and motivation in both onsite and virtual environments
* 1-3 years of customer support and technical support call center experience

**Location and Work Arrangements**
You'll work onsite for training, launch, and approximately 90 days of production, and then transition to a remote work-from-home arrangement.
