coordinating refuel and revive * Performing traveler loading, including ticket lift or potentially ticket lift/check * Working entryway peruser/scanner and related duties to include pre-boarding, observing/checking carryon items and departure line measures * Working jetways/spans for purposes of boarding and deplaning travelers * Making boarding and flight entryway declarations * Conveying domestic/international flight records * Performing traveler service flight close-out methods * Accepting, checking, and labeling travelers' items at destination points, full-service ticket counters, and five-star ticket counters * Maintaining the schedule of flight loading process * Performing customer service hands-on training * Processing and completing Visa stuff exchanges at booths in the ticket counter area and activation stations * Assisting travelers with self-service stand registration and booth stuff handling at ticket counters * Line lines at ticket counter stands and ticket counters * Clear/confirming international records at booth in the ticket counter area and activation stations * Accepting and initiating travelers' self-labeled bags at activation stations * Assisting clients requiring special assistance or in-station; assisting boarding, deplaning, and shipping non-ambulatory travelers, special assistance travelers, as well as unaccompanied minors * Performing customer service work related to handling local flights and contractor/ground handling arrangements or agreements * Having regular and predictable attendance on location, including fulfilling any required overtime needs. * Answering and assisting during security or potentially crisis circumstances * Providing interfacing travelers door information * Providing quality customer service in a professional manner and according to American's rules. * Adhering to organizational policies, procedures, and execution guidelines. * Completing task-related training phases * Complying with unofficial laws (e.g. Spot, FAA, TSA) * Utilizing various internal assets/frameworks including during customer interactions * Wearing attire as required by organizational policy * Reasonable accommodations may be made for qualifying individuals with disabilities. * Depending on your airport size, you may also perform the following: * Performing Traveler Activity Control capabilities including air to ground communication along with Peak capabilities * Helping international travelers through customs/migration, including luggage reevaluate * Conveying tickets, international flight reports, and customs/migration forms **What You'll Need for Success** To be successful in this role, you will need: * High school diploma or GED or international equivalent * Bilingual language abilities expected in certain areas * Valid driver's license as required by local authorities * Must meet FAA criminal individual verifications to qualify for unescorted access awards to airport security ID display areas (SIDA), if relevant * Must be able to obtain suitable airport power as well as US Customs security identifications, if applicable * Completion of a pre-work drug screen, comprehensive background check, or potentially fingerprinting to fulfill organizational and security requirements * Must be eligible to work in the U.S. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: * Working knowledge of Saber or other Traveler Service Framework * Past face-to-face Customer Service experience * Working in a high-speed environment **What You'll Get** As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans * Virtual doctor visits * Adaptable spending accounts * Representative Assistance Program * Pet insurance * Discounts on hotels, vehicles, travel, and more **Join the blithequark Team** At blithequark, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where every employee feels valued, heard, and supported.
