Job Description:
U.S. based team seeking an hourly data entry analyst to assist with the following basic tasks below. Additional tasks may be requested depending on the candidate’s skill level and experience.
Microsoft Dynamics 365:
Must be familiar with Microsoft Dynamics 365 software
– Input and maintain business contact/account information within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 database (data will be provided to analyst from our team)
– Dynamics database customization such as integration of Power BI and new content creation
– Upload Adobe PDF and Microsoft Excel documents into Microsoft Dynamics 365 attachment functionality for specific contact accounts and corporations
– Input large Microsoft Excel data sets with account contact information into Microsoft Dynamics 365
– Create and maintain Microsoft Outlook vCard’s for new and existing contacts
Software
Requirements:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Apps (we will provide access to the analyst), Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Smartsheet
Please don’t apply pure MS Dynamics CRM technical candidate.
Here are common responsibilities associated with this role:
Data Input and Management:
Enter and update data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of data by conducting regular data quality checks.
Record Maintenance:
Maintain and update records in Dynamics 365, including customer information, product details, and other relevant data.
Ensure that records are kept up-to-date and reflect the most current information.
Data Validation:
Validate data for consistency and accuracy, resolving any discrepancies or errors in a timely manner.
Work closely with other departments to ensure that data is aligned with business processes.
Data Analysis:
Analyze data trends and patterns to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
Generate reports and provide insights based on data analysis.
Data Security:
Adhere to data security and privacy policies to safeguard sensitive information within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Implement and follow best practices for data protection.
User Support:
Provide support to end-users regarding data entry processes and system functionalities.
Assist in training new users on data entry procedures within Dynamics 365.
Customization and Configuration:
Work with system administrators or consultants to customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 to meet specific data entry requirements.
Collaborate on the development of data entry forms and workflows.
Troubleshooting:
Identify and resolve issues related to data entry errors or system functionality.
Collaborate with IT support or Dynamics 365 administrators to address technical issues.
Documentation:
Document data entry processes, guidelines, and best practices for future reference.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of data-related procedures.
Continuous Improvement:
Propose and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of data entry tasks.
Stay informed about updates and new features in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Communication:
Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management regarding data entry processes and outcomes.
