Part-Time Bookkeeper / Assistant Needed (US Business + Personal)
What I Need:
I’m the CEO of a growing SaaS company and need a part-time bookkeeper/assistant to:
• Keep my US business books clean (QuickBooks Online). Tight management of Cash, AP, and GL.
• Coordinate reporting with our India subsidiary.
• Track and organize my personal finances (expenses, receipts, budgets).
• Prepare monthly consolidated reports (US + India).
• Handle light admin: reminders, payment follow-ups, deadlines.
Requirements:
• 3+ years bookkeeping/accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of US accounting standards.
• (Bonus) Familiarity with India accounting.
• Excellent attention to detail, trustworthy with sensitive information.
• Strong communication skills, responsive, and proactive.
Details:
• 15–20 hours per week to start.
• Remote, flexible hours.
• $20–$35/hour depending on experience and location.
