**About the Role**
This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility and autonomy to work from anywhere in the country. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Answering inbound calls and emails from existing Health Mart Atlas members, providing answers, conducting research, and triaging with other departments as needed
* Making outbound calls to current customers to follow up on open issues, returning voicemails, and participating in call campaigns
* Providing timely and accurate responses and call notes to inquiries and efficiently resolving issues
* Utilizing excellent communication, customer service, time management, and follow-up skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answering inbound calls and email requests from existing Health Mart Atlas pharmacies regarding Managed Care needs, including adjudication issues, payment research, contract solicitations, and reimbursement issues
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the value proposition is clearly identified and communicated with members, including contract updates, industry news, and trends
* Serving as a dedicated representative to assigned chains or buying groups once tenured in the role
* Working closely with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues and provide personalized support
**Essential Qualifications**
* Typically requires 3+ years of related experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field
* Excellent communication, customer service, time management, and follow-up skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
* Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, email, and phone systems
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in the healthcare industry, particularly in customer service or account management roles
* Knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures
* Familiarity with CRM software, email, and phone systems
